I’ve had PCS for a year now. Things are better, however I still have some lingering symptoms. Especially intolerance to exercise.
I thought that the Buffallo info on the website was interesting. Will talk to the current physio I’m seeing.
Does anyone recommend any other treatments? E.g. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy??? Am keen to try anything!!!
P.S I’ve done all the routine stuff, ocular-motor, vestibular work etc.
Hi there @jogtog9 ,
Thanks for sharing!
If you've exhausted conventional therapies (such as cognitive therapy) I would suggest taking a look at alternative therapies such as Acupuncture, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Meditation, Cranial Osteopathy etc.
If anyone can think of any others helpful treatments, please comment below!
We will be updating the 'alternative treatments' section of our website very soon.
